I think that a good leader should have some person’s special attitude like foresight, passionate, and communicative.
A great leader should have a great foresight. That’s because a good foresight can lead people to a correct way to attain their goal. If a leader doesn’t have a good foresight, his people will suffer the pain and even sacrifice their life, and no matter how good he is, he’ll be overthrew, because the people can’t endure any more. And if a leader has no foresight at all, he will make many wrong decisions. So, a good leader should have a good foresight to make their people attain their goal without too many sacrifices.
Great passion is very important to a good leader. When people are pursuing the same target, with the time being, they may be tire of it and be disappoint if their goal still not be attained. In this time, a good leader should depart a passionate speech to remind their people’s passion.
Well communication ability is also important to a good leader. If one can’t convince the people, tell them his ideal, and then he won’t be success. As we can see, the most famous leader always is good at communication. Such as Martin Luther, he gave his people an inspiring speech, to convince black people to be uniting and fight for their right.
